- Maximum time allowed is 5 mins (Film songs Group medley 6 mins)
- All languages are acceptable for all categories
- Multiple entries are allowed
- Solo Registration is as per the form given in Register page. Participants should register carefully based on their last year results.Whoever has won prizes last year should register under Special Cat. only (wherever Special Category is Applicable). If they register wrongly, even after the competition, (before/after announcing the results) if ArtsHub finds out, they will be disqualified.
- GROUP REGISTRATION (Register page):
Only 1 Regn to be made for each group. For ex. if there are 4 members in a group, Alex, Geetha, Renu, Sandhya, then you need to mention Alex and Team and make a single registration. Alex (First person) need to take the responsibility to communicate to their group members. In contact details column Alex’s email ID and Phone number should be given. - For competition for all categories both solo and group each competitor shall be permitted not more than FIVE minutes subject to the discretion of the judges.
– Participants for Duet singing are requested to send the Karoake minus track via email ASAP and also need to bring their own Minus track both in their mobile and Thumbdrive (mp3 format) which will be played in our laptop.
No Karoake minus track is allowed for film song solo. – NEW CATEGORY INTRODUCED THIS YEAR Film songs Group Medley (Minimum 3 maximum 6 members)
Participants should prepare and present a medley of film songs. Any language is acceptable. Maximum no. of songs to be presented for medley is 3 film songs (Total Duration 6 mns). This will be a karaoke round and the group members have to organise the minus track for the songs they are presenting, which should reach us via email in mp3 format 15 days prior to the event. You are also requested to bring a copy of the same in your mobile/thumbdrive in mp3 format. - No remuneration or conveyance will be paid to any competitors for any reason whatsoever.
- Participants will be informed about their reporting time at least
3 days in advance via registered email, if no email received call us.
Please check your mail 4 days before the Competition. SMS will
not be sent. Checking your mail is MANDATORY. - Closing Date for Registration: (Saturday).
- No on the spot Registration will be entertained.
- The competitors should be present themselves atleast half an hour before their reporting time.
- The decision of the judges and management of ARTSHUB shall be unquestionably final and binding upon all competitors in all respects.
In case there are no minimum entries in any category, ArtsHub has every right to club or cancel the same. - Participants should carry age proof on the day of competitio.
